Every member of our family owns a computer. We share the same LAN and internet connections. The only problem is that sometimes, our router seems to fluctuate every now and then. Then my dad decided to buy a new one, he told us that he found this Used Cisco advertisement on the web and would like to try it out.

We headed towards this particular store and my dad did all the talking. He asked if they have Used Cisco Switches for wireless connections. They gave us a few samples and we asked them the difference of each. They explained each type’s unique feature and design, which helped us in making our decision. The salesman was pretty knowledgeable and didn’t bore us with a lot of technical stuff about details. He answered each question promptly and without additional “fluff words” that make things complicated. We hate complicated things PERIOD!

We eagerly tried out our new router and switch and they were working perfectly. No more fluctuations, the net was smooth and fast. It was more than we could have hoped for. My dad made the right choice when he chose to go wireless. I have no complaints whatsoever.
