My Neighbor Might Sell His Structured Settlement Payments
The last time that I talked with my neighbor, he was in the middle of what he said would be his way of getting money quick. I had no idea what he was talking about but I thought that it might me about the structured settlement that he had been awarded a year ago. I know that he said that he could wait to get the money but since he had been out of work for the last six months, I am thinking that he is going to sell structured settlement payments and get some cash now.
I should see him this weekend, since the weather man has said that it will be very nice. I am planning on spending some time outside and tending to my yard and usually that means that he will come over and talk with me. I am just going to ask him if he is going to sell structured settlement payments to someone, to help with paying the bills for now. I cannot blame him though; if I were in his shoes then I would do the same exact thing.
If I had a job then knowing that there would be money coming to me at a certain point down the road, would be just like having a nice big chunk of money in the bank.
