We decided to go to Mexico for an extended vacation. My husband and I are both teachers and the week after school got out; we decided to take off for a month and a half. We really just needed to get away. I just wanted to lay by the beach and spend some relaxing time on the veranda of our rental apartment.

I decided one night, to send out puzzle postcards to our family and friends back home in the states. I figured that since this was such a long vacation, they would have enough time to get the puzzle postcards and put them together before we got back. At the same time that I ordered the puzzle postcards, I also ordered a photo puzzle 2000 pcs of our wedding day. I thought that during the long nights, while sitting and relaxing, we might be able to finish the photo puzzle 2000 pcs.

It took us a long time to finish the photo puzzle 2000 pcs but it was beautiful and I did not want to take it apart to pack it up, the day we had to fly back home. I loved looking at the puzzle, but knew that I would always have it now.

Our friends and family told us how cool our puzzle postcards had been, and wondered which one of us had come up with such a unique idea.
