You can also join recreation organizations who keep on arranging different kind of functions for kids and their parents who are dealing with disabilities. You can also involve your self in the arrangement of such functions it will not only benefit you but many others as well.

There are separate groups for single parents so you can join them too as they will be more helpful and you can relate and interact with them more effectively. Also you can have care taker for your kid for just short time to take a break in this ay you will be fresher when dealing with your kid instead of getting your self over worked.
