I broke my dentures last night when they slipped out of my hand and landed on the bathroom floor. I had never dropped them before and I have had dentures for twenty years. I had to call into work sick and ask the dentists at the clinic to fit me in right away. After I explained my situation, they told me to just drive over and they would work me in as soon as possible.

Since there were five dentists on duty I figured that I would be in and out of there in less than an hour. They have a lab that makes dentures in house and they do not take very long which is why I use them in the first place. I always thought that they would be a great set of dentists to use when they moved into town and advertised their denture lab.

Little did I know that I would be sitting in their waiting room only about eight months later in a terrible predicament that needed to be fixed right away. I guess that I was going to put their dentures lab to the test since there was no way that I could miss another day of work. I was going to have to leave here with teeth in my mouth, no matter who they belonged too.

I have been checking out some clearance sales online since the snow is flying and I have nothing else better to do. We have been snowed in for three days now, the first two were not too bad but the third is just too much. I did find something’s for my daughters though, on this site that sells footie pajamas. They have all of their really cool girlie toddler pajamas on sale and the footie pajamas are even cheaper than the rest.

Since the girls are growing so fast, the toddler pajamas that I got them in the fall to get them ready for the cold weather are already starting to show that they will not be wearing them for much longer. In fact, my daughter Maddy told me that her footie pajamas are too tight and she does not want to wear them anymore. I ordered her four pairs of pj’s and my younger daughter two pairs. I can pass Maddy’s down to her little sister some day so it just makes sense to buy more in her size now while the prices are so good.

Now, if this snow would just stop and the temperatures would start climbing, I could start my spring pajama shopping but I know that most of that will not be on sale.

If this new company does sell wedding ring settings at a discounted price then I might be able to actually afford to buy my girlfriend a ring. If I understand it correctly, they buy other peoples jewelry , like if a woman who is recently divorced is looking to sell wedding ring settings to someone who will pay her top dollar then these guy swoop in, make her a good offer and then clean it up and resell it to people like me.

I have wanted to pop the question to my girlfriend for about six months now but I was laid off over a year ago and the funds are just not there. I wish that I had to sell diamonds right now and make some extra cash but I have cut out anything and everything that is not necessary and there is only some old gold coins to hock to make this work.

I had been putting off the sell diamonds thing, which is actually the sell gold coins thing for quite some time. The coins were my grandfathers and he would understand if I had to sell them, but I still feel guilty about it. I am going to price the wedding rings and then see how much the coins are worth and hopefully it all comes together.

It sure seems that we have enough people for two teams this year on the Scottsdale adult basketball league. I think that more and more people are realizing that it is a lot of fun and you do not have to be a great player to join. I have never been that good at basketball and only joined to make a complete team the first year. Now, every time sign ups are posted for the Scottsdale basketball league, I am one of the first people to put my name on the list.

It was a struggle for the first couple of years to find enough people who have some spare time to be part of our Scottsdale adult basketball league team but in fact, I think that most of them were just intimidated a little bit and did not think that they were good enough to play. Then, we invited our office to one of our games and we lost, in fact we lost by more than thirty points. It was then that everyone else realized that they could not be any worse than us and started signing on for the Scottsdale basketball league every year after that. If we can have two teams, that would be cool to see who is the best. It would be just a little friendly competition within the office.

I wanted to talk with someone about making sure my family was taken care of, in case something would happen to me. I called a lawyer and he suggested that I meet him to draw up a will and he also told me to make sure that I had enough life insurance. Since I had no life insurance, I called my agent to get a life insurance quote. He asked me what kind of life insurance quote I wanted and I let him know that I needed to have my policy in place very quickly so no medical life insurance would probably be best.

My agent was able to fax over the life insurance quote for a no medical life insurance policy for me that would be enough to pay all my debts, my funeral costs and take care of my family for a long time, if anything would happen to me. I took a copy of the policy to the meeting with the lawyer when we wrote up my will. He was very impressed that I had taken the two biggest steps to making sure everything was in place.

I thought that writing a will and planning for my death would be difficult and make me feel horrible, but it did just the opposite, it made me feel responsible and that I was prepared for anything.

I was looking forward to the refurbished used poweredge servers coming in this week that I had ordered from a company online. I had heard from so many other people that it was much easier to just get some used servers and save seventy percent rather than try the new ones that would probably have their share of problems too. I could never afford to buy just one new server and I needed two, so the used server idea was like a godsend.

I instructed all of the guys in the computer tech office to plan on staying for as long as it was going to take to get the used poweredge servers in and working. I had already informed my wife not to expect me home for dinner, and she understood that it might even take days before the used servers were installed and up and running efficiently.

I planned a big party for the entire office for the following week to celebrate the new to us servers that should make everyone’s lives much easier around the office. No more down times and lost sales were expected with the arrival and installation of the new to us used poweredge servers

The last time that I made one of my computer guys change out a server, we had issues with it for weeks. I knew that we needed to do that again, but was not looking forward to all the tweaking that went with it until the servers would just work properly.

I found some used proliant servers at a local computer store that I thought looked like they were in good shape and I bought them for half of what new ones would cost. My computer guys were not happy with me for just going off and buying the used hp servers without first consulting them but I had to make a decision quickly before someone else found the good deal and bought them out from under me.

My top computer guy told me that although they looked like a good deal, they probably were not since they were not refurbished like they could have gotten me online through a really good used hp servers site. I wish that one of them would have told me that before I spent the amount of money that I did on the non refurbished used proliant servers.

The used hp servers that I bought were non returnable also which added a little more fuel to the fire. I had to have them install them and just hope for the best.

My mother asked me if I would help her find a new janitorial products company for her to order from for the library. She is the only person that handles the ordering of the cleaning supplies at the library and the company that she had used for years is raising their prices. She knows that there is no way that the library can afford to pay the new prices so she has to find a new janitorial products company to use.

I started to look online and search cheap cleaning supplies and found quite a few that would probably work. I noticed that two of them had numerous warehouses located all over the country. I thought that it was very smart of them to do that, this way when people ordered cleaning supplies they could figure out which warehouse they were closest to and it would ship out of that one and get to their customers faster.

I called and discussed the new online janitorial products companies that I had found online and she got on to check their prices. The prices of the new company were even lower than what she had paid previously from her old company. I was so glad to hear that and was happy to have helped her out.

The guy who used to be in charge of our office supply account was apparently fired from the discount office supplies company. I needed to know that he was not let go because of stealing or anything else but I did not want to call and ask anyone from the office supply store.

I decided to have one of my secretary’s call and ask for a reference for the guy, telling them that he was applying for a job with our firm and we just needed to know what his work history was. The lady on the other line only told my secretary that he had worked for them for a very long time and just recently had started to show up to work late. They gave him numerous warnings, but it continued and they had to let him go.

I was so happy to find out that he had not been stealing from the office supply store or anything like that. I wonder why he started to show up late, after having such a good track record with the discount office supplies company for so long. I just hope that he finds another job; I know that he has three young children and needs the money.

The very first time I walked into a talent agent’s office, they asked me to sign some papers so that they could learn a little bit more about me. I did not realize that I had just signed a form allowing them to research anything about my history, including me police record. I only had a small misdemeanor against me when I was a kid for shoplifting but I was only like twelve years old.

They later told me that they have to do this since they had to have ReputationManagers.com come back and help out all of the people who have come before me and get them out of sticky situations when their past information came out and it was not so good.

I was glad that they were not turned off by the little shoplifting charge that I had. I have since hired ReputationManagers.com to take care of those things though.
